Job Summary
No selling. Provide fast replies to customers with requests or complaints and provide info and resolve issues in an expected way to get customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online store customer service, ensuring smooth completion of orders, including the whole process of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, such as user consultation, solving complaints and disputes, etc.
- Responsible for customer operations, such as keep close contact with high-quality customers, account verification, etc.
- Complete monthly targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends, analyze the root causes of problems based on industry characteristics, and continuously improve and optimize products.
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above, with experience in e-commerce customer service or those who are interested in working in the e-commerce industry in higher priority.
- The platform operates 24 hours a day, willing to work in rotating shifts in the office.
- proficient in basic office software such as word, excel.
- Good time management skills, careful and patient work, strong understanding and communication skills, good at analyzing and solving practical problems.
Salary: Kshs. 30,000 - Kshs. 45, 000
