Job Description
The Role:
- As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our logistics and stock management operations. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products are stored, handled, and dispatched in line with company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to retail outlets.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records in our ERP and retail systems (e.g., Odoo, RMS). Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Team Supervision & Training: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety goals. Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the purchasing, retail, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and smooth flow of goods.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper handling of products, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate warehouse reports, track KPIs (e.g., stock accuracy, turnaround time), and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Leverage ERP tools to streamline warehouse operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management practices.
