Requirements
KCSE Certificate; Diploma in Security Management or related field is an added advantage.
Valid motorcycle license (Category A) - must be confident and experienced in riding.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a security firm.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and reporting procedures.
High level of integrity, discipline, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security guards across assigned client sites to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and spot checks to verify compliance and readiness of security teams.
Ensure guards are properly deployed, punctual, and presentable at all times.
Handle incident reporting, investigations, and escalate security concerns to management.
Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to security staff to enhance performance and discipline.
Liaise with clients to address their security needs and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation on site activities,
incidents, and guard performance.
Ensure motorcycles and other supervisory equipment are maintained in good working condition.
