DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and networking events.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients (buyers, tenants, and investors) through targeted outreach and consistent follow-up.
Attend property expos, trade shows, and local community events to represent the company and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to match them with suitable properties.
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, consistent communication, and excellent customer service.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Property Presentation & Site Visits
Schedule and conduct property viewings and site inspections with prospective buyers or tenants.
Highlight property features and benefits tailored to client needs while addressing any concerns.
Provide professional guidance on pricing, location, amenities, payment plans, and legal documentation involved in the sale or rental process.
Sales Process Management
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including follow-ups, negotiations, and after-sales support.
Prepare and present tailored property proposals, offers, and sales documentation.
Work closely with legal, finance, and admin teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
CRM & Database Management
Utilize CRM software to log leads, track client interactions, update property listings, and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, property availability, and deal progress.
Leverage CRM data to forecast sales targets and optimize follow-up strategy.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote online listings, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and WhatsApp blasts.
Actively promote properties through online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, property portals, and Google My Business.
Contribute to content creation efforts (photos, videos, reels, testimonials) to enhance property visibility.
Negotiation & Deal Closing
Handle price negotiations and close sales in alignment with company policies and client expectations.
Advise clients on financing options, payment plans, and required legal documentation.
Liaise with property owners, developers, and lawyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling the full sales cycle
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and ability to manage data effectively
Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of the Lavington and surrounding property market is an added advantage
