Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Drive showroom sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Curate and maintain an appealing showroom environment that reflects the company’s brand, concepts, and themes.
Coordinate product demonstrations, live events, and activities in collaboration with different departments.
Monitor and analyze customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion into showroom visits and sales.
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom team to meet and exceed set targets.
Provide practical recommendations to management on showroom strategy, positioning, and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Showroom Manager or in a senior sales management role, preferably within the commercial kitchen equipment, steel fabrication, home appliances, or related industries.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding showroom or retail sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage and inspire a team, while ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Creative, resourceful, and with a keen eye for showroom layout, displays, and sales strategy.
