Spez Catering Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring orders are taken and delivered accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve them promptly.

Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.

Check on customers during service to ensure satisfaction.

Handle billing, issue receipts, and process payments.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints politely.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Support catering events and special functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is an advantage.

At least 2 years' experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments.

Good personal grooming and professional appearance.

Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-oriented.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
