Job Description

About the Client:

 

Our client who is a leading provider of flowers in the Retail industry seeks to hire a highly organized, creative, aggressive and competent individual as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The overall purpose of this role is to support business growth and development by assisting in prospecting, negotiating and closing new revenue streams for customers and promoting good business relations with existing customers.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

 

Degree in Sales & Marketing or Marketing from a reputable institution.

A competent user of the Internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel and other office applications.

At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive/officer, experience in real estate sector will be an added advantage.

Must have a strong understanding of the current trends in the real estate sector.

Must have at least 2500 followers on Social Media pages.

Must be ready to commence work immediately.

Your Role:

 

Drive sales of bespoke corporate gift sets and coordinate luxury floral displays in hotels. Build relationships, pitch new business, manage projects from proposal to delivery.

What You’ll Do:

 

Identify & engage corporate clients (finance, hospitality, NGOs, etc.)

Generate proposals, negotiate closes, secure repeat orders

Collaborate with hotel teams to design & install floral arrangements

Support marketing campaigns & attend networking events

Manage logistics: production, delivery, invoicing, post-project follow-up
