Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or TESOL/TEFL (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language at college, university, or high school level.
Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and practical application in teaching.
Experience teaching academic writing, communication skills, and exam preparation (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exams).
Flexibility to work per the institution’s schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
