Job Description

Skills & Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).

 

More than one (1) year of teaching or professional culinary industry experience.

 

International Certificate in Culinary Arts is an added advantage

 

Proven record of culinary excellence in professional kitchens or educational institutions.

 

Knowledge of diverse cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and food presentation.

 

Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.

 

Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.

 

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.

 

Time management skills and attention to detail.
