Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and culture.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent across all business units.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle employee relations matters professionally and discreetly.
Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on HR best practices.
Coordinate training and development programs to build skills and support career growth.
Manage payroll oversight, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s or HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in a multi-unit or group-level role.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build systems and structure in a growing company.
Experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: Monthly Net Salary: Kes 70,000-80,000(Approx 545USD)
