Qualifications
Native or fluent Luhya speaker with understanding of multiple dialects
Strong reading and communication skills in Luhya
Basic computer literacy (Google Suite, file saving, navigating new software)
Keen attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards
Experience in field coordination, recruitment, or community mobilization (an advantage)
Strong organizational and time management skills
