Job Details
Leads Identification: Identifying leads through websites, newspapers etc.
Proposal Coordination: Work to meet timelines, inputs, and deliverables for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other bid documents.
Content Development: Assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams—Audit, Tax, and Advisory teams to gather and consolidate proposals.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure proposals meet client requirements, follow branding guidelines, and adhere to submission standards.
Document Management: Maintain version control, backup master documents, and manage proposal templates.
Reporting & Tracking: Monitor proposal status, win/loss ratios, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in departmental initiatives, events, and activities as requested.
Requirements
BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Prior exposure to proposal writing, project coordination or business development.
Enthusiastic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and stakeholder engagement.
