KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make sure quality and safety are built into all project work and meet customers’ requirements; Guide project teams on how to follow quality and safety rules for customers;
As the customer’s OSH team main interface, ensure regular reporting in line with their requirements, and maintain compliance with meeting and feedback expectations;
Help project teams talk about and solve quality and safety issues, keeping customer needs in mind; Assist on creating quality and safety plan for projects and ensuring the respect of QEHS rules for reaching customers satisfaction;
Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld across projects, while continuously enhancing customer experience;
Work with project teams to find risks and make projects safer for everyone, including customers; Help look into any project problems (even customer complaints) and work with teams to fix them;
Encourage everyone on project teams to always improve quality and safety for a better customer experience;
Be the go-to person for quality and safety questions for project teams;
Make sure all project work follows quality and safety rules and meets customer standards.
Support project risk management with a focus on achieving zero fatal accidents and preventing major accidents through proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Assist the project team in resolving QEHS issues and implementing preventative actions to avoid major accidents.
Analyze QEHS data to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to prevent serious incidents, working towards zero fatalities.
Support incident investigations with an emphasis on understanding and preventing potential major accidents and fatalities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Risk Management, Telecommunications, or a related field; Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is a plus;
NEBOSH Certificate will be an advantage;
1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance;
Willingness to learn new skills: Quality of field works deliverables, Telecommunications Technologies.
