Job Description
- Are you an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator with a passion for customer engagement and sales? Unateus is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as Call Center Operators, specialising in telemarketing services.
Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Operator at Unateus, you will be at the forefront of our telemarketing efforts. Your role will involve:
- Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospects to introduce products and convert leads into orders for delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
- Customer Engagement: Building rapport with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality interactions with customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information and order details in our CRM.
- Call Recordings: Record and upload all calls.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with our team and customers to address any issues or updates.
Requirements:
