Role Highlights

As the Admin/Front Office Executive, you will:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk correspondence.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Assist with record-keeping, document management, and procurement follow-ups.
