Role Purpose:
To support recruiters in the execution of recruitment projects by managing candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and administrative coordination, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of client assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming roles.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruiter-client meetings.
Track recruitment metrics (applications, shortlists, conversions).
Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
Collaboration Points:
Work closely with recruiters to prioritize open roles and pipeline needs.
Coordinate with recruitment coordinators on interview logistics and client updates.
Share weekly progress summaries with recruiters and the wider team.
Requirements:
A recent graduate pursuing a career in recruitment or HR.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent team player.
