Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee IT infrastructure, security and digital systems

 

Implement fintech solutions to enhance service delivery

 

Manage IT staff and external vendors

 

Ensure data security and regulatory compliance

 

Must Have Qualifications:

 

Degree in Computer science, IT or related field

 

8+ years in IT managerial roles

 

Experience in financial or microfinance tech systems

 

 

Education: Degree, Diploma
