Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide first-line user support in person, by phone, or remotely.
Install, configure, and update computer sys- tems and applications.
Monitor and maintain networks and systems for efficiency.
Manage support tickets, track resolutions, and maintain records.
Handle account creation, access rights, and user offboarding.
Document IT procedures and prepare simple performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, IT, Information Science, Business IT,or Computer & Information Technology.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux. Skills in installing, configuring, and trouble- shooting software and hardware.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Understanding of cybersecurity practices. Experience with help desk/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
