Qualification and experience

A Bachelors degree in human resource management from a recognised university  

Being registered for or having completed the Certified Human Resource Professional  

Good communication and interpersonal skills 

Hands-on individual, with personal drive and the ability to respond to issues efficiently 

Good IT skills
