Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting automotive spare parts.
Provide expert advice and guidance on parts compatibility and usage.
Manage sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer tools.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Support daily shop operations, including display arrangements and cleanliness.
Multitask efficiently during peak business hours.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (automotive-related studies are an advantage but not mandatory).
Basic computer literacy and ability to use a POS system.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good product knowledge of vehicles and spare parts (or willingness to learn fast).
Ability to work in a high-stress, multitasking environment.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and committed to long- term employment.
Preferably male for operational reasons.
