Perhaps you have proven experience in production management within the manufacturing industry, with electronics manufacturing experience and strong understanding of phone assembly processes being a valuable advantage.

Your Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field should be complemented by excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire teams to achieve production goals. Your knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management should be second nature, as should your expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
