This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Rep Employee based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Rep Employee will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and demonstrating our services and products, and closing sales. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Rep Employee will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.

 

Qualifications

 

Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy

 

Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

 

Market Research and Analysis capabilities

 

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

 

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

 

Experience in marketing automation and branding is a plus

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
