We are seeking a results-driven Digital Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead our online and for our existing clients' brand presence, create compelling content strategies, and drive measurable engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate brand goals into impactful digital campaigns.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives.

 

Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

 

Create and manage social media calendar(s) and ensure timely, consistent posting.

 

Create and optimize SEO friendly blog articles across our websites

 

Use an analytics tool to track, measure, and optimize content performance.

 

Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.

 

Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

 

Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build audience relationships.

 

Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms and Google and measure ROI.

 

Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.

 

Who You Are:

 

Proven work experience as a Digital Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.

 

Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content strategies.

 

Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

 

Proficiency with social media management tools (i.e., Hubspot, SocialBee) and analytics tools (i.e., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

 

Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

 

Strong understanding of paid media campaigns and targeting strategies.

 

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

 

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
