Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa, a distinguished 4-star property located in the heart of Bur Dubai, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead its housekeeping operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in upholding the hotel’s reputation for cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for managing daily housekeeping tasks, supervising the team, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards as per UAE regulations. This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership qualities who is passionate about maintaining a high level of operational excellence within the hospitality sector.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager within the UAE hospitality industry
• Proven ability to lead and manage a housekeeping team efficiently
• Strong understanding of hotel cleanliness standards and operational best practices
• Familiar with UAE hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Should be immediately available to join
