Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our real estate brand goals
• Create visually engaging content including videos, blog posts, and graphics tailored for various platforms
• Monitor daily activity across multiple social channels and respond promptly to inquiries and comments
• Analyze social performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
• Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates
• Build and nurture a strong digital community through consistent engagement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing social media for real estate or a similar industry
• Strong communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Deep understanding of all major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance and ROI
