Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Officer who blends brewing know-how with customer charm. This role is perfect for someone who loves fermentation, food science, and translating product features into practical client wins. You'll bridge the lab and the boardroom — all while sipping success.

You’ll love this role if you:

Get excited by brewing trials and geeking out on product specs

Enjoy client interaction and the thrill of solving real production problems

Have a curious mind and love blending R&D with market needs

Like being hands-on with both technical performance and sales follow-ups

Thrive in cross-functional teams (quality, finance, procurement, production)

You’ll struggle in this role if you:

Prefer working behind-the-scenes with minimal client interaction

Get overwhelmed by balancing technical work and sales targets

Struggle with documenting or reporting product trial outcomes

Don’t enjoy continuous learning or product experimentation

Aren’t comfortable getting into the details of brewing or lab environments

What You’ll Do:

Conduct product trials and ensure compliance with brewing & food-grade standards

Support order generation, follow-ups, and client satisfaction

Troubleshoot brewing or food production issues — be the go-to problem solver

Collaborate with R&D and contribute to new product formulations

Prepare technical documentation and support audits or compliance checks

Train teams on quality, safety, and brewing systems

Liaise with procurement and finance on orders, inventory, and materials

What You’ll Need:

Degree/Diploma in Brewing Science, Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering

Bonus points if certified in HACCP, ISO 22000, or IBD

Experience in brewing, food manufacturing, or lab/quality roles

Familiarity with hygiene protocols and food/beverage regulations

Bonus if you’ve worked with local raw materials or indigenous brewing methods

Education: Degree, Diploma
Employment Type: Full Time
