Job Description
- echsavanna CO LTD is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Technology Operations team.
In this role, you will:
- Identify automation opportunities and support process improvement across the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, gather requirements, and develop business cases
- Lead system implementation efforts and provide ongoing support for IT solutions
- Deliver data-driven insights that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certification in Agile, Business Analysis, or Solution Architecture is a plus
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis or 4+ years in Applications Development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
