PKF Taxation Services Limited seeks to recruit a dynamic, driven and dedicated professional to join its team as a Senior Associate

Job Description:

Review tax returns and computations prepared by our audit teams

Be the go-to person for auditors when they have tax questions, helping them navigate tricky areas with confidence

Keep tabs on changes in Kenyan tax laws

Provide on-the-job training and occasional tax briefings to audit staff — helping build up their confidence and technical skills

Support with tax filings and assist with any i-Tax related issues

Help improve how we handle tax internally — from reviewing processes to updating templates and guides

Work closely with the tax team and leadership to maintain quality and consistency in all our tax-related work

Assist with training of junior staff and audit teams

Assist with client tax audits, respond to KRA queries, and support tax health checks and ad hoc advisory matters

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

CPA (Kenya) qualified

At least 2 years of solid tax experience from a reputable audit or tax firm

A good grasp of Kenyan tax laws, and hands-on experience with tax compliance

Someone who is comfortable reviewing work and giving constructive feedback

A clear communicator who’s confident explaining tax matters to non-tax people

Well-organized and able to manage several tasks and deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with iTax
