We’re looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor with a background specifically in the UAE meal plan industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid environment—4 days in the office, 2 days from home, and Fridays off!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer service department and manage a team of service agents
• Drive initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction
• Proactively resolve customer issues while ensuring timely and clear communication
• Coordinate with the operations team to enhance the overall customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and analyze service performance metrics

• Must have hands-on experience in a UAE-based meal plan company
• Strong background in customer service and retention strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead a team
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (4 days on-site, 2 days remote)
