Description:
ARJ Interiors, a fast-growing interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, is on the lookout for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE interiors market and the ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source new business opportunities via site visits, referrals, networking, and cold calling
• Engage with clients to understand their interior design requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Develop and present proposals, quotations, and customized sales pitches
• Coordinate with internal design and project teams to align client expectations and deliverables
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging design innovations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out or design sector
• Strong network and familiarity with the UAE residential and commercial market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• A self-motivated attitude with a passion for results and customer satisfaction
• Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus
