Proven experience (4+ years) in instructional or learning design, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and behaviour change strategies.

Demonstrated ability to design engaging, outcomes-driven, habit-forming learning journeys across various formats (e.g., self-directed, instructor-led, virtual), incorporating motivation and behavioural science approaches.
