Job Description

Ecosafi is seeking team members who can help us introduce and grow this groundbreaking new technology, build customer loyalty through excellent customer service, and create career opportunities for themselves by growing as the company grows.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Recruit new customers by demonstrating our new stove and fuel product in group settings

 

Help customers understand their monthly spending on cooking energy and demonstrate how our product saves them money

 

Train new customers how to use the stove in their home, giving them tips so they better enjoy the cooking experience

 

Develop excellent long term customer relationships through superior customer service and follow-up to both new and existing customers

 

Prioritize all customers by responding to their questions in a friendly and professional way that makes them feel valued

 

Record all customer sales and interactions in the company’s database

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma also accepted

 

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or renewable energy industry.

 

A commitment to excellent customer customer service
