Role Overview
The overall purpose of the job is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company’s portfolio through strategic joint venture partnerships. You will be required to identify, evaluate, and secure JV opportunities, while also leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Land Economics (Second Class Honors, Upper Division) or a related field.
Member of the Real Estate Registration Board.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and at least 1 year in a management/supervisory role.
Proven track record in real estate sales and business development.
Knowledge and application of sales techniques, including building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing sales.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Kenya.
