Key Responsibilities
Manage invoice postings and cash-up reconciliations.
Help in processing and submitting tax and statutory payments.
Supporting audits, budgeting and financial reporting.
Accurately review reconciliations of bank transactions, petty cash and credit card payments.
Perform monthly and end-month random spot checks.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Verify documentation for new supplier onboarding.
Ensure compliance with Financial reporting standards.
Work closely with the finance team in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
Extract and analyze the variance analysis between the job budget/quotation and actual job cost from the accounting system.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics & Statistics ,Banking , Finance or related courses.
1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant in a 4 or 5-star Hotel.
CPA Level 2 is an added advantage
Experience with Micros, Fidelio PMS.
