RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Transactions. Accurately process cash, M-Pesa, card, and other payment methods.
Record Keeping and Reconciliation. Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the head office or accountant and keep updated records of all payment methods (cash, mobile money, card) and maintain supporting documentation.
Customer Service. Greet and guide customers courteously and professionally.
Support Duties. Participate in stocktaking and other administrative support as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role (pharmacy or retail cashiering preferred).
Proficiency in using POS systems, Excel, and mobile payment platforms. Strong attention to detail and good mathematical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
High integrity, reliability, and accountability.
