Treasure Group is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Group Head of Finance to lead and oversee our fi- nance operations spanning multiple businesses and countries. This strategic role is pivotal to the growth and sustainability of our organization, offering high visibility and impactful leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Financial Planning
Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with group objectives.
Financial Reporting
Oversee timely and accurate preparation of group and subsidiary financial statements.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate financial risks across jurisdictions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead budgeting cycles, forecast performance, and track variances.
Team Leadership
Develop and manage a strong finance team across business units.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to international and local financial regulations and standards. Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate financial strategies and performance to the Board and senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Education
Master's Degree in Business Management (Accounting/Finance option) or a related field.
Bachelor's in Commerce (Finance/Accounting) or its equivalent.
CPA (K), ACCA, or similar professional qualification.
Experience
Minimum 12 years in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in multi-business organizations and Board-level reporting is essential.
Exposure to financial regulations across multiple countries, preferably with international finance experience.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural financial acumen.
