Personal Assistant / Secretary

Salary: 2000 AED a month

Location: Dubai, UAE

A reputable local business owner in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Personal Assistant / Secretary to join their executive office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings

- Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy

- Assist with basic accounting tasks (bookkeeping, invoicing, etc.)

- Coordinate travel and logistics when required

- Maintain confidentiality in all matters

- Provide general office and administrative support

Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
