Admin Officer / Coordinator
Location: JAFZA, Jebel Ali, Dubai
We're seeking a proactive and multi-skilled Administrative Officer to support daily operations across staff accommodation, vendor liaison, event coordination, and basic design-related tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible with working hours, and holds a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
Oversee staff accommodation logistics
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Reconcile payments and maintain documentation
Assist in planning and executing internal events
Support basic graphic design tasks (image and video editing)
Perform general administrative duties across departments
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in administration, business, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative/coordinator role
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Strong vendor management and payment reconciliation skills
- Basic proficiency in graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Preferred Nationality: Indian or Filipino (Male candidates only)
