Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales & Business Development

 

Identify and convert new business opportunities across key segments: corporate, government, NGOs, leisure groups, and event organizers

 

Generate group bookings, events, and long-term corporate partnerships

 

Actively promote all three properties based on client needs and market opportunities

 

Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts

 

Conduct site visits and client presentations for all venues

 

Account Management

 

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular follow-up and upselling

 

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

 

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings

 

Market Intelligence

 

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position Simba Hospitality strategically

 

Regularly research and report on new business leads and industry developments

 

Sales Administration & Reporting

 

Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales database

 

Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates to management through weekly and monthly reports.

 

Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions on behalf of the brand
