We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily functions by managing a variety of administrative, accounting, and clerical tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong computer proficiency, excellent typing skills, and a solid foundation in accounting practices.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for administrative support, front desk operations, and office organization, contributing significantly to our team's productivity and overall success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage data entry and ensure timely updates of records.
  • Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic financial tracking and reporting.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and deadlines effectively.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including fast and accurate typing skills and ability to navigate various software platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills with prior experience in office coordination.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in front desk operations and customer service.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred.
  • Sound accounting knowledge and ability to assist with basic financial tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to office management.
