Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Executive — Rentals to manage and optimize our relationships and processes involving landlords, brokers, and tenants. This role will be critical in ensuring seamless rental operations, addressing customer issues promptly, and supporting Rentify’s mission to simplify and improve renting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rental operations, including onboarding and supporting landlords and brokers on the platform.
• Oversee drafting, review, and management of rental agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day tenant queries and issues, providing quick resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate rent collections and ensure timely reconciliations with landlords and brokers.
• Work closely with the finance team to track and verify payments and address any discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of operational processes and suggest improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to relay operational feedback and help improve platform workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on operational activities, customer interactions, and issue resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in rental operations (real estate rental or proptech preferred).
• Strong understanding of rental agreements, tenant onboarding, and property management processes.
• Hands-on experience with customer support and conflict resolution in a rental or property context.
• Solid knowledge of collections and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
