The role of the Broking Executive will be supporting the acquisition and servicing of reinsurance business by building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating placement processes, driving cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring accurate updates to the CRM system, all in alignment with KRBL's strategic growth objectives and service delivery standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Client Support: Coordinate meetings, gather underwriting information, and follow up with clients Placement Coordination:
Prepare placement. documents and liaise with reinsurers
Business Development: Support lead generation and cross-sell opportunities
CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM data and support pipeline and engagement reporting
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, client relationship management, or insurance broking
Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
