What we’re looking for:
Outstanding fluency in English with high level of confidence to communicate with native English speakers.
Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience troubleshooting IIS, Windows Services, and VM environments with ability to debug application crashes, registry errors, and permission issues.
Proficiency in reading and analyzing system or application logs to diagnose problems.
Organized, with strong communication skills, able to effectively share information with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common troubleshooting methods.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in technical support and remote device management.
Working hours: 44 hours per week.
Coverage hours: 2 pm - 10 pm EAT
Desirable skills (not required):
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is preferred: Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, Cybersecurity
Familiarity with Windows Server and cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience troubleshooting boot errors, user profile corruption, and system crashes.
Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a significant advantage.
