Job Title: HR and Admin Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the first stage of recruitment (sourcing candidates, conduct initial interview for shortlisting, share feedback after interview).
• Handle new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in construction company or recruitment agency company in UAE is a must.
