Job Title: Telecalling and Admin Assistant (Female) – Sharjah Rolla
Location: Sharjah
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Telecalling and Admin Assistant who can join immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented female candidate with a passion for customer service and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, providing information and support.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments as needed.
- Support office operations and assist team members with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling and admin work.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must be based in Sharjah Rolla area (preferred).
- Visa Requirement: Candidate must have spouse or father’s sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
