Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist cum Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, managing the front desk, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the manager with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Answer and direct phone calls professionally.

?? Greet and assist visitors with a warm, welcoming approach.

?? Handle general office tasks and manage the front desk.

?? Assist the manager with scheduling, appointments, and office coordination.

?? Provide top-tier customer service to clients in person, on the phone and via emails.

?? Support clerical duties such as data entry, file management, and office supply maintenance.

?? Work with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reports, and data management.

Qualifications:

?? Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.

?? Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.

?? Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities efficiently.

?? Proficient in office management and basic administrative tasks.

?? Plus 5 years working experience. 

?? High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in office admin or customer service is a plus)

?? Dairy Technician with experience in Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D)

?

?? Priority will be given to Dairy Technician with experience in Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D). 

?? UAE valid car driving licence

?? Candidates on husband or father sponsorship (female Filipino).
