Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager at Molars Dental Practice located in Ridgeways. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, managing staff, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the practice.
Qualifications
- Experience in dental practice management or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
