Hiring: Specialist Pediatrician

Reports To: Head of Pediatrics / Medical Director

About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Specialist Pediatrician to provide exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing various pediatric health conditions while ensuring adherence to DHA regulations and international pediatric healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Care: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in children.
• Preventive Health: Conduct routine check-ups, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
• Emergency Management: Handle neonatal and pediatric emergencies, collaborating with ICU teams when needed.
• Family Support: Counsel parents on child nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Collaborative Care: Coordinate with specialists for complex cases and ensure timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality programs, clinical audits, and ongoing medical education.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MD/MBBS with specialization in Pediatrics (e.g., MRCPCH, FRCPCH, or equivalent).

License/Certification:

• Valid DHA Specialist License (or eligibility).
• PALS certification (required).
• NRP certification (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience, with at least 2 years in a tertiary care hospital.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency in EMR systems and telemedicine applications.
