Our client, a security company, is looking to hire a Security Control Room and Response Manager to oversee the operations of the security control room and ensure the efficient management of backup response teams.
This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest level of security services. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the security sector and a strong background in operational security management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the security control room operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response.
Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate backup response teams to ensure rapid and effective handling of security incidents.
Lead and mentor a team of control room operators and response officers to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, ensuring prompt escalation of incidents.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of security operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior security management role, preferably in a private security firm.
Proven experience in managing security control rooms and backup response operations.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of security systems, surveillance technologies, and emergency response protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
