RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Age 30+ years 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Mentorship: Efficiently nuture new sales team to ensure they deliver and committed to weekly/monthly targets
  • Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Innovation: Promote and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Education: Degree, Diploma
